The purple and yellow cover evokes memories of the Merlin 1994 Premier League sticker album, which reignited the country’s love of top flight football stickers 30 years ago. That album featured a youthful looking Ryan Giggs and Paul Merson on the cover, while the 2024 version packs in Alfe Inge Haaland, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kobe Mainoo, James Maddison, Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer, Jhon Duran and Kai Havertz.
There are 636 stickers in the album featuring full squads for each Premier League club, ‘Elite’ and ‘Next Gen’ special stickers and shirts. There will also be the traditional ‘shiny’ stickers and the more modern addition of ‘Parallels’. The Parallel stickers are special editon shinies in different colours. Rarer than shiny stickers, the Parallels usually come in blue, green, orange and purple and are basically different, rarer versions of the same sticker.
The album will be available hard back and paper back. The hard back album will cost £30, while a special edition box of 120 packets of stickers that includes a guaranteed two Parallels will cost £99. Bundling the two together will cost £125.
Normal album and individual packet prices have not yet been confirmed by Panini.
The stickers will go on sale in December. There will likely be a transfer update on sale later in the season with a selection of new stickers released featuring any breakthrough stars who did not make the squad lists and new transfers from abroad.
The stickers will go on sale here.
