Football Manager 2025 pre orders will open today (30 September) and Sports Interactive is set to reveal the price and release date of the highly anticipated
Pre orders will open today here and the game will have an eventual release date of 26 November, which is later than usual for the management simulation. The delay in launch date is because the game has been completely remade from the ground up using a new engine, Unity. It promises significantly updated graphics, new menu systems and an entirely new feel for the game.
Sports Interactive says: ”The switch to Unity means there is the possibility of better-quality graphics across all supported devices, however it should be expected that there will be some changes to the minimum spec requirements, which will be communicated ahead of FM25’s release.”

The downside for fans is the exclusion of some popular features including international management. However, the women’s game will be added to Football Manager 2025 for the first time ever. It is the headline new feature for the new game and could attract a new generation of players to Football Manager.
The move to the new engine means a delay in launch date for the game. Sports Interactive says: “Firstly, we’ve had to shift the official announcement of FM25 to the end of September. The gameplay focus period will follow soon thereafter. Our target launch date has moved accordingly and is now scheduled for late November, rather than our usual early November slot.”
Football Manager 2025 pre orders will open on a number of websites from today. They include here at Amazon where prices will be revealed today. This article will update once prices are announced.
Pre orders will also open at CDKeys and GAME for those who want to order the game early.
